Tyler came from the world of brand strategy and psychometric communication—helping organizations uncover identity, motivation, and the deeper psychology behind human performance. His work focused on the “why” behind discipline: what inspires people to push harder, stay committed, and connect emotionally to a mission. He understood how belief drives behavior, how identity shapes action, and how purpose fuels performance.
